When my Mum was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, our family changed our diet to follow a food-as-medicine approach. She got better, but the food tasted… well, like medicine. 

What began as an organic ready made meal delivery service on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, Glunch now lives in Sydney and offers holistic catering services and creates intuitive food products to fall in love with.

Under Glunch and through my studies as a naturopath, I create beautiful food to prove that a health diagnosis is not the end of eating well - in fact, it’s just the beginning.

This business operates on the stolen, unceded lands of the Cadigal and Wangal people. We acknowledge the Cadigal and Wangal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, live and learn and pay respects to Elders past, present and future.

We acknowledge the ongoing impact of the colonial project and want radical change to how this land and its people are cared for. Always was, always will be, aboriginal land.
